TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Terms 
50% non- refundable booking fee/retainer is required for all service when will be appled towards your total bill upon completion of service(s)). Failure to pay will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment. 

Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment 48hrs before the scheduled appointment date. We will apply your retainer to the new date ONCE. However, failure to reschedule within 72hrs, will result in you forfeiting your retainer and would need to book a new appointment.

Delay
lateness fee of $20 will be charged after a 20 mins grace period. Please keep in mind this charge is only applicable if we don't have a client after you, if we do, We reserve the appointment without any refund.

EXTRA GUESTS TERMS: No additional guests, children or pets are permitted during appointment time. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION TERMS: You may cancel your appointment at any time, however you will forfeit your retainer, as all retainers are non- refundable and non- transferable.

NO - SHOW TERMS: All No Call/No-Shows will be banned from future bookings.
